Term of service

USER AGREEMENT

► By purchasing my Commission, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
► After briefing, I as the artist has the right to always decline the commission.
► The reason might vary depending on the circumstances, such as time constraint, design complications and availability, to avoid inconvenience on both the client and the artist.
► You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated(aka. Commercial use), and provide all image credits to me
► If you are not comfortable with the Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
► I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
► NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
► If you have any questions, Feel free to inquire me for the detailed pricing of the commission. Noted that you wont be added to queue unless you agreed for the commission.

SCHEDULING

► Each project will take at most 1-2 months.
► Depending on the job’s difficulty and availability at the moment, The project time could be extended or shortened.
► The artist will notify the client in case there are circumstances that will delay the project. the client may inquire periodically about the status of the project.

URGENT ORDER

► The Client must notify the artist firsthand if the order is Urgent.
► Urgent order - Depending on the timeframe, the client is expected to pay +50% additional fee of the total end price of commissions as an Urgent fee.
► Urgent order will be given a higher priority and bypasses the queues of other normal projects.
► If the work is expected within 10 days or less, it also falls under urgent order.

NDA non-disclosure agreement

► Every complete art piece will be watermarked and uploaded on the artist’s social media accounts to serve as a portfolio and as a collection of the artist's work.
► For a privacy request, Upon briefing please notify the artist for NDA upfront before briefing.
► The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
► However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.

CANCELLATION

► Any canceled sketch made will be used for further work or for pesonal use as the artist deem appropriate.
► If the client has paid for the commission and request for cancellation after the coloring process,
= there will be no refund as the work is nearly completed.
► if the client is in queue, has completed the briefing and already seen the sketch, then decided to canceled the commission before transferring money.
= the artist will request 50% from the full price as the sketching fee.
► If the client hasn't made a brief or hasn't seen the sketch, yet, they are free to cancel the queue.

ABOUT RATES & COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT

►In rate's page are Rate for Personal use per 1 character. Additional prices may be added depending on the detail and difficulties of the work.
►If there is no reference image of the character provided from the client, The client is obliged to pay an additional fee of +70% of total price as Character Design Fee.
►The Client must notify the artist upfront if the commission is for Commercial use the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
►For Commercial use the price will be double (+100%) of the total end price of commissions. However, I reserve the right to charge more as I deem fit depending on the difficulties of the work.
►If the project was dealed as ‘for personal use’ at first, but you as the client wish to use them for commercial afterward. Please contact the artist for the license details.
►In case there was a Misuse. A personal use work has been used in commercial work. The artist will DM you to mediate this issue. The client whose insist to use the artwork for commercial while denying to pay the commercial rate will be blacklisted immediately.

How to order

1. Dm me on twitter ( @shark1ab ) or contact me via email on my twitter bio for details.
2. Brief by filling according to the ordering form in full detail. Please fill in the artist with these details if you wish for ;
► Personal use or Commercial use
► Urgent order (complete the artwork in 10 day or less than)
► NDA request (privacy request)3. After finishing discussing details with the artist, the artist will start working on the commissions following the queue. Client can look for the queue at Queue page.► After recieving the brief from the client and discussing details. Following the queue, the artist will do the rough sketch, then coloring sketch. After each session the client will be asked for feedback. During this time the queue status will be “Sketching”.► If the client is satisfied and accept the sketch(the status queue will change to “Sketch completed”), the artist will then finalize the total price of the commission.► the client must paid in the deposit or full amount for the artist to begin the “Rendering”. Rendering includes Lining, Base coloring, Shading and Post processing. The artist will ask for the feedback after each steps.
✦ For the paintery style that doest have a specific procedure, the artist will ask for a feedback periodically instead.

FILE SIZE

Unless requesting for a specific size or resolution,
► The illustration starting size will range around 3000 × 3000 px with 350dpi resolution.
► For SD characters : will be around 2000 × 2000px with 350dpi resolution.The final product will be defaultly given as a PNG file.
► The client can request a transparent version separately.
► Except the work listed as 'Sketch' will not get the transparent version .

FILE SUBMISSION

When the commission is complete, The artist will sent the review of the finish commission to the client to notify the completion of the artwork.► To receive the image file, Client must transfer the remaining price of the commission.
► After the full amount have been paid, the client will receive the High Quality image through email.
► The complete commission will be submitted to the client through an email only to avoid data loss.
► The artwork will not be sent using Google drive. (Google drive data could be delete occurring in a file lost)

REVISION PROCESS

► Changes in brief during “sketching process”
(For major changes in details, ex. Costume change/ prop change/ Background change/ etc.during the “sketching in progress”)✦ During the sketching in progress Up to 3 major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission.
Extra changes during this phase will cost 5 usd per revision.
✦ If the client wishes to chage the brief after confirming the sketch, each edit costs 15 usd per point.

► Minor fixes
(for small changes in details, ex. color grading, minor movement, etc.)✦ During the sketching in progress the client can change minor details with no restriction for 5 small revisions.
Extra changes during this phase will cost 5 usd per revision.
✦ If the client wishes to chage the small details after confirming the sketch, each edit costs 10 USD per point instead.

► Major revisions
(The client request for revision that involves redoing for new sketch or lineart. ex. the project is on the “Coloring in progress” and changes in brief requires the artist to redo and went back to “Lining stages)
✦ These major revisions will cost an extra fee for 20 usd per point► If the correction is made from the artist's error, It will not affect the number of revisions allotted to the client. (ex. incorrect color, wrong details, etc)
